It is with great sadness to announce that the Rainbow Rockers have lost one of our most spontaneous and engaging members. Jeff McLauchlin passed away peacefully at his home this past week. Jeff’s raw sense of humour and cunning wit were able to bring a smile to many. The curling ice will feel a little lonelier without him.
The Rainbow Rockers would like to express our condolences to Jeff’s many friends, his partner Luc, and his family during this difficult time. To honour Jeff’s memory, the league will be making a donation to the Ottawa Humane Society (http://ottawahumane.ca).
