Practice Ice
Availability: Practice ice is offered only when sheets become available. [NEW] Open blocks are posted directly on the Practice Ice Availability page and updated in real time. Availability may vary week to week.
Process:
- Request a Slot: Email the Drawmaster Russ at [email protected] with the specific time block you wish to reserve from the Practice Ice Availability page.
- Confirmation: The Drawmaster will confirm your booking by email once the slot is secured.
- Payment: After confirmation, submit the $20 fee by e‑transfer to the Treasurer at [email protected].
- Show Up & Play: Arrive at your booked time and vacate the sheet promptly for the next group.
Fee: $20 per hour (1‑hour blocks).
Make‑up Games
When to Request: As soon as you realize your team will not have sufficient players for a scheduled game.
Process:
- Contact Opponent: Reach out to the opposing Skip immediately to agree on a mutually suitable date and time for a make‑up game.
- Submit Request: Email the agreed‑upon date and time details to the Drawmaster Russ at [email protected].
- Confirmation: The Drawmaster will check ice availability and reply to confirm or decline the request.
Fee: $40 for any approved schedule change.
