Call for Over the Rainbow Bonspiel Coordinators
The Over the Rainbow Bonspiel Committee is looking for awesome Rainbow Rockers to step into key Coordinator roles for our bonspiel this January. This is a fantastic chance to help host a top-notch event without the commitment of attending monthly committee meetings!
As a Coordinator, you’ll work with committee members throughout the fall, focusing on a specific part of the bonspiel planning and preparations. You won’t be responsible for the “whole shebang,” just your assigned area, making it a manageable and impactful way to contribute.

Available Coordinator Opportunities:
- Website/Social Media Coordinator: Help us spread the word and keep everyone updated online!
- Reception Coordinator: Ensure a warm and welcoming start for all our participants. (Thursday)
- 50/50 Coordinator: Manage our exciting 50/50 and Joker’s Wild draws.
- Raffle Coordinator: Organize and oversee our popular raffle.
- Assistant Food Coordinator: Lend a hand with all things delicious for the bonspiel.
- Banquet Coordinator: Help prepare and execute a memorable banquet experience. (Saturday)
- Assistant Drawmaster: Assist with the pools, draw schedule, draw management, ice, results, etc.
- Draw Flow Coordinator: Help with the crucial task of keeping draws and results flowing.
- Photography Coordinator: Capture all the fun and excitement of the bonspiel.
